Retained support
An embedded Momentum CFOs fractional CFO, dedicated to your business on an ongoing basis.
£1,100 per day
Minimum two days a month. Average engagement is four to six days.
Rolling monthly contract. No long-term tie-in. In person and remote, depending on what works for you.
Project work
Specialist one-off engagements for specific needs.
Financial model: from £4,000
(most builds land between £5,000 and £8,000 depending on complexity)
Fundraising and M&A support: 1.2% success fee on amounts raised or deal value achieved. No upfront cost. If a financial model is needed as part of the engagement, this is scoped and priced separately.
Other project work: £1,100 per day or £275 per hour.
