Why we exist
Most people who call themselves a CFO aren't one. CFO isn't a regulated term, and a lot of people use it to describe what is really just a senior accountant producing tidy reports. But a CFO is a commercial leader. Someone who knows what drives strategy, makes recommendations, and shapes decisions. Not someone who simply reports on them.
We exist because growing businesses deserve better than that. They need someone with real operator and commercial experience, who has sat inside businesses at every stage of growth and knows what good actually looks like. Someone who can challenge assumptions, drive strategy, and build the financial infrastructure that lets a business scale properly.
