She is a founder herself, having built her own companies and made the hard financial calls with her own money on the line. That gives her a rare vantage point. The advice she gives comes from experience of being there herself, not just from what the numbers say.
As part of the Momentum CFOs team, she works with early-stage businesses from pre-seed to Series A, typically at a first raise of £100k to £3m or turnover of £1m to £5m. She brings senior financial judgement to founders who need it but can't yet justify a full-time CFO.
